Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy
Last updated: November 2026
Notice to Copyright Holders:
TubeVault respects the intellectual property rights of others. TubeVault operates strictly as an information location tool and search aggregator under 17 U.S.C. § 512(d). Zero video files are hosted, stored, or broadcast from TubeVault's servers. All video metadata, screenshots, and links are indexed automatically from third-party public tube networks.
1. Safe Harbor Status
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), TubeVault qualifies for safe harbor status as a service provider providing links or references to other online locations. It is our policy to respond expeditiously to clear, valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the requirements of the DMCA.
2. Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that any content linked, indexed, or previewed on TubeVault infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification containing the following information:
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Specific URLs on TubeVault: Direct URLs on TubeVault where the allegedly infringing link or thumbnail is located, sufficient to allow us to locate and remove the reference.
- Original Source URL: The URL of the third-party tube network (e.g., TXXX, HClips, etc.) hosting the original video file.
- Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement under Penalty of Perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
3. Designated DMCA Agent Contact
Please send all formal DMCA notices directly to our designated copyright agent via email:
4. Removal from Origin Hosting Sites
Because TubeVault only provides links to external third-party tube sites, removing a link from TubeVault does NOT delete the video file from the internet. To have the video permanently deleted from the web host, you must also submit a takedown notice directly to the web host hosting the source file (e.g. the respective tube site).
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with Section 512(i)(1)(A) of the DMCA, TubeVault maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access or links from third-party feeds that are determined to be repeat infringers.
